Grace Over Drama, A Definition of God Patricia van Riper

Leaving central New York after retirement, Patricia and her husband purchased a 36 1/2 foot Winnebago Journey traveling full-time for five years. Fueled by the courses in creative writing and the positive feedback offered by her professor and peers, writing became her passion. Her first book, a memoir entitled "Grace over Drama" is a tribute to her mother Sarah Jane. Among her descriptive stories and memories of her childhood, Patricia shines a light on the challenges both Alzheimer's disease and Alcoholism present to family members and friends.
