Many people cannot imagine that God who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand could be interested in them. They spend endless energy looking for Him in places where He cannot be found. But He loves them and wants to have relationship with them! In the pages of this book you will find one woman's struggle to come to terms with a personal God and how she came to have a definite and vivid awareness that she could talk to Him and know that He was listening to her every word. This book is a continuation of God's unending love and His ceaseless desire to have His own ones grow in fellowship with Him, not for what they might gain from Him, but simply because of their love for Him. The author is a retired nurse anesthetist. She is married, the mother of two grown sons, and the grandmother of four. She has made many trips to Central America and Mexico doing volunteer Christian and medical work. She loves the piano, quilting, children, flying small airplanes, golden retrievers, and horses, though not necessarily in that order. She lives in Idaho with her husband and attends Calvary Chapel Church where she participates in their jail ministry, and volunteers in the Christian School.
