Alice in Washington is a gentle satire full of puns and poems and galloping alliterations in the style of Alice in Wonderland. Some readers may think they see President Clinton behind the name Willy, his wife behind Hilly Dilly, but who knows? Very very old readersreaders as old as the authormight remember Foozy the Grand Vizier who bears a striking resemblance to Robert Reich. Even the very young will recognize George Styrofoam.
