Family is a word dear to ones heart. Every sane person wants harmony which is conducive to peace and happiness. If there is to be harmony in the family the individual who is a member of the family should have a harmonious relationship with other members in the family. When problems arise the relationship has to be managed effectively. This is the task of the head of the family. His guidance and skill determine the success of the family. If this is achieved such a family lives happily and becomes a role model. This feature is explained taking two live examples of persons who lived up to the traditions, values and content of family harmony.
