Mark Taanga was a hard working share milker, on a farm in the Waikato in New Zealand. When he looked at the letter sitting on his kitchen table, little did he know that it contained information, which would change his whole life. Mark had always thought, his blood heritage came from his Maori culture. He was married to Maree, had three children and was proud of his Taranaki Maori heritage. His Mountain called to him. He sought the chance to return to Taranaki, purchase land and farm the beautiful Hampshire Down sheep, he had grown to love.
