Especially for those people working closely with change management, business innovation, and the means to implement them: the projects. In this book, I draw on literature within the fields of innovation, knowledge work, systems thinking, change management, project management, portfolio management, and at the same time, I will contribute to these topics with real-life experience as a line manager, project manager and portfolio manager. I am sharing these experiences because I strongly believe that while theory is a good foundation to build upon, actual experience, should never be under-estimated.
