Many people ask questions of the veracity of the bible. Is it really true? How do you know? Those are valid questions. In these pages we will show that the case is made that it is true. The Old Testament was also translated into Greek from Hebrew into Greek, by Jewish scholars in Alexandria, Egypt. The Greek Old Testament was the Bible in wide use in the time of Jesus, since Alexander the Great, had made Greek the common language of that time. Jesus, the disciples, the apostles and thousands of others would have spoken Greek and used a Greek bible.
