Shelter at the Lighthouse, Ahavah Mauré's second literary offering, was published in 2013. This collection of poetry is comprised of two chapters reflecting polar, romantic experiences which reveal one's dual perceptions of a love endured. Writhing with a cryptic complexity and reaching to explore beyond the triteness of written expression; each poem seamlessly entangles the reader in an impenetrable realm where sensation and impulse uncontrollably thrash against inhibition. Each poem in this collection is accompanied by a Spanish translation provided by Tomás Cano Binder.
