During the pursuit of finding who we are in Jesus, we will hit roadblocks. We will encounter storms and trials, but there is strength found in Jesus, His written word, and His grace. As you pursue more of Him, He will leave you encouraged and strengthened, but we must be relentless in our pursuit. Our lives are like a race. A slow race, but one that requires us to be consistent and never give up. Galatians 6:9 says, "And let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up" (ESV). These devotionals will catapult you into a life of full surrender and leave you hungry for more of God's word. You will dive into reckless faith and gain understanding that you are a daughter of the King who has a mantle of great purpose on your life. The gifts and talents that God has given you will bring glory to Him and bring many others into the kingdom. Mandy Kenney is a registered nurse, wife, and mom to two beautifully energetic children. She lives out her passion to see the physical, spiritual, and emotional healing of all that is broken in this world through her deep commitment to studying, listening, praying, and encouraging. She is a part of the women's ministry team at Capital Church, is co-founder of Nights of Unity (www.nightsofunity.org), and enjoys serving at the local women's shelter. You might catch her riding bikes with her family, enjoying pie and coffee with friends, or relaxing in the Idaho mountains.
