Assets Create Excellence MR Mark Carven Olds Mno

The Assets Create Excellence (A. C. E.) - (Male and Female Youth Initiatives) shall provide essential steps toward the successful upswing for many communities of predominantly Black communities, whether rural or urban. People of Color (Black or Hispanic) must have positive options for the youth of their neighborhoods. The A. C. E. Initiative will present a paragon that has promise to break generational disasters due to street crime and the violence attached to negative behavior. A. C. E. has mandate to find its way into the hands of every community leader, the hearts of those serious about aiding the youth, and the resources holders who have compassion for the Black and Hispanic youth in America. The Midwest Minority Think Tank for Public Policy, Leadership, and Service, LLC (The Think Tank) has created the publication for distribution. The Think Tank has taken the posture that the solution should not be held hostage, while the youth shall become decimated by the influx of drugs, gangs, and poverty. The adults cannot wait upon the government or corporate channels to produce a way out of this contemporary conundrum. Gatekeepers or alleged minority community leaders can no longer use the excuse of wanting to see a model that has been successful elsewhere. The Think Tank has developed the blueprint for any serious community activist to build the paragon by following the instructions contained in the publication, Assets Create Excellence (A. C. E.) - (Male and Female Youth Initiatives). The Think Tank will consistently seek the means and the wherewithal to increase the circulation of available solutions to the people. The dissemination of A. C. E. shall occur through the print media, social media, and other logistical means possible. The people must have the solution that will demand awareness from "the powers that be" and command attention from the people who will suffer should A. C. E. not have a manifested national presence in the communities and neighborhoods of the People of Color. The Think Tank has set forth A. C. E. to diffuse the arguments that no solution has come into existence to remedy the current conundrum that has been levied at the youth. A. C. E. has been developed as an indication of a shift away from theoretical academic framework to practical solution implementation.
