This report discusses the views of Roth, (2011) mainly and supporting views of roughly 20 authors discussing the problems and reformations of the criminal justice system. What is human civility in civilization can be questioned and argued that civility may be dismissed with the perception and standpoints of others in the status quo versus the mass populations? The problems in the criminal justice system demonstrate the fragility of a flawed system created by subjective rules that determine the outcome for general populations. The main interest of this report focuses on the target audience and the prison complex. The purpose of the prison complex, and the future projections of the prison complex and the target audience.
