"It's over there!" Mike said pointing to the corner of the room. He and Aspen scattered in opposite directions. The squirrel was still calm, strolling casually along the floor; unaware Mike and Aspen were about to pounce. Aspen swooped the net down but just missed it. Since before she could remember, Aspen loved nature, wildlife, and science. She lives in Lexington, South Carolina with her family who love to explore the wilds of the state and beyond. Aspen now a college sophomore has been at the wildlife rehabilitation center in some form since she was fifteen. One of many that help injured and orphaned wildlife get back to the wild where they belong. What will come into the center next? What adventure will Aspen and her little brother, Jack will find themselves in next?
