In the end he didn't die, not completely. Out in the wastelands of a decaying battleground running gives hope to those bound in blackened mistakes and lies. To some this might be a perfect opportunity to start over, out among the wicked or lost. A Trader and his timid bodyguard find no such solace. The wild lands can't be tamed, not easily, and that doesn't stop a growing pride of those with filthy palms and gentleman's top hats. Running only creates more problems, even more enemies, and heroes always find an early grave. Good thing his bodyguard is faster on the trigger and far from any hero.
