This is my story of my life living with lupus, a chronic illness. I do know more about your journey than you thought possible. You thought you were the only one on this mad, wild ride toward diagnosis and treatment. You are not alone. Many of us have been on the same road, it's just that someone slips out after our visit and erases our footprints. Many patients are afraid to let their voices be heard. Many hibernate and give up their lives. this isn't necessary. you can live a life with lupus. Maybe not the one you had before the diagnosis, but with newer treatments, you can have a good, and even exciting live. Many have traveled the road with you and will continue to travel until there is better treatment and a cure.
