The purpose of this book is to explain metaphoric thinking as a useful approach to make out the organization and to academically reveal how metaphors are permanently blended in the management learning process. This book shows that metaphors constitute a component of language and their effects are connected with changes in the way of thinking and speaking and, thus, organization behavior. The findings show that metaphoric thinking sets on certain tracks, explain hidden properties of the examined organizations and prompts to creative thinking.
