Such is the scene for a scathing, anarchic and painfully hilarious story; a semi autobiographical tale about escaping drab workplaces and tawdry little bosses, with a healthy dollop of revenge, retribution and very bad sex chucked in.

The Idiot is filled to the brim with scenes involving Alonzo's atrocious 'love' 'life' - unsavoury activities involving tinned cat food, slugs, dogs, 'Welsh Tony' and much more. There is much stress-related (comedy) violence. It is also, hopefully, very funny.
