Poetry is what kept coming to me, and one day I started to write what I was feeling. The words wouldn't stop forming in my mind. I would find myself dropping everything I was doing in order to write. I remembered all the poems I wrote when I lived in the streets, but these lyrics were different than before. There would be times when I would write and I felt the spirit overtake my hand. The words I thought I wanted to write came out totally different. That was the moment I knew I had to share my gift with anyone who would listen. I had to share what happened to me in a unique way that stressed a strong message of courage and love. Every one of the poems you are about to read has been given to me at a unique time or transition in my life. In the past, I complained about why things happened to me, and I was given the answer quite clearly. If I had not gone through all the trials and tribulations, I wouldn't be qualified to complete my mission. The mission to help people know there is always another option in life when you allow GOD to take the lead. My choice to change my attitude, and the people I associated with was the best decision I ever made. Welcome to my R. A. W. Emotions.
