Through the lens of the author there is a view to perfect servant leader and not leader observing over twenty years subordinate leaders and senior clergy are probably leaders serving without a "calling". The question posed for the study was whether ministering leaders of faith organizations are characterizing servant leaders and were approachable to benefit a survey for evaluation. The research with survey was successful to indicate 21st century leaders of the faith organization could consider transformation to servant leaders with the character of Christ.
