The Magic Tree

Polar bears are big and usually live in cold places. Perhaps they don't really like the cold, even though they have thick woolly coats to protect them. This is a short story about a polar bear family who moved from their cold home in the snowy north to a more warmer place many miles to the south. Bears are curious creatures and they do get bored very easily and the young ones are always looking for interesting things to do. The parents often have to keep an eye on young the ones to make sure they are not getting themselves into trouble. Well this story is all about a little bear (who was actually quite big), who often felt very bored. The bear is called Joe and he ended up on an amazing magical adventure with a 'twist' that he would never forget. This story is suitable for ages from 6 to 12 and beyond.
