This volume consists of two of my books about monster, mythical animals. The first is Sabertooth, about a flippant, city girl writer who sets out to research and article on hunting and outdoorsmen. She becomes embroiled in a hunt for a real sabertooth tiger that she photographs. The second book is Valley Of The Roc, about a giant predatory bird terrorizing a tiny desert town during the Great Depression.
