KAYA is the story of the first female-only village in England. Situated in Pawts (where Portsmouth is now situated on the south coast) the girls are vulnerable to attack. After her family, friends and neighbours are all-but wiped out by avaricious villagers crossing the water (unheard of) from Haylee (Hayling Island), Kaya runs into the forest.
