Beverly Hills socialite and novelist Brittany Mooreland has just moved to Oklahoma. Needing a change of scenery and wanting a change of pace after being held hostage at gunpoint by a deranged fan, Brittany feels the slow pace of Oklahoma is just what the doctor ordered. But soon she discovers that her ideal country side home is not the peaceful sanctuary she's hoped it would be. After befriending, Sandy Johnson, a neighbor from down the road, Brittany learns of the tragic past associated with her new home. After Brittany starts seeing things she can't explain she wonders if the rumors of her property being haunted are true or if it just her imagination and her post traumatic stress playing tricks on her. American is steadily recovering from The Great Depression and Oklahoma is still in the clutches of The Dust Bowl. Times are hard, except for wheat farmer Hal Pippen. Hal is one of the wealthiest men in the county and life is great. But then during a heated argument he accidentally kills his wife, Mildred, affectionately known as Millie. Hal hides his crime and begins lying to his teenage son and the towns folk of Antlers, Oklahoma, telling them all that Millie and he are divorcing and she went away for the summer. Just as Hal begins to feel that he has pulled off the perfect crime Millie begins to haunt him, or is she? Has Millie really returned from the grave to exact her revenge or does is someone trying to drive Hal out of his mind because they know his secret? Just when Hal thinks he's in the clear, a climatic ending changes everything with a conclusion no one see's coming. The Fanny Hertz Trailer Park on the outskirts of Oklahoma City is a place no one wants to be at. Especially if you live near the trailer of The Snatcher Family. Life at the trailer park is routinely boring with plenty of shady dealing and petty gossip. But one day, twenty five year old Glenn Snatcher find and brings home a canister that belongs to the United States Army. After being refused a reward by the government for his find, Glenn just leaves the canister in the refrigerator. Little does he or his family realize but the contents of the canister has the ability to bring life to inanimate organic matter. The contents of the canister leaks out into the families lemon flavored Jello and soon the mayhem and hilarity begins. Neighbors, unwanted pets and even a few enemies fall victim to the killer blob as the Snatcher family scurries to hide various petty crimes before fleeing for their lives.
