Plant Candy Gatherings is an introduction to some of our favorite dishes that win over carnivores and herbivores alike. Plant Candy was started by two friends who wanted to show people that eating plant-based doesn't have to be boring and tasteless. So, they decided to create recipes that highlight interesting ways to eat more fruits and vegetables. Plant Candy isn't about forcing people to become vegetarians. It's about inviting everyone, regardless of dietary preference, to have a better relationship with plant foods. We constantly explore new ways to add more fruits and vegetables to various dishes without sacrificing flavor. The goal of the Plant Candy movement is to make you want to eat more fruits and veggies and be healthier, as a result. Plant Candy's recipes are oil-free, dairy-free, low-salt, and low-fat. The recipes are fun, simple, tasty, and good for you. We want you to play with your food in the most beneficial of ways.
