Three Leadership Principles for the Christian in the Military Jassen L Bluto

As a Second Lieutenant and a Platoon Leader in an armor Company I had many demands placed on me, the largest being to effectively lead the people under my charge. Having already spent ten years as an enlisted service member, part of that as a NonCommissioned Officer, I had seen my share of good and bad leaders. The truth was that although I had been enlisted for ten years and had experienced NCO and Officer leadership schools, I did not feel prepared to lead with anything other than a learn asyou go method. I changed all this by setting practical Biblical principles to guide me in leadership. This book not only gives you a method of effectively leading in the Military but does so with Biblical principles and practice. Instead of theory, this book has Biblical examples and methodology you can put into practice today.
