This is for all those that struggle with finding their way to a healthier You. As well as to those who just struggle to make their life better. No matter your struggle you can overcome it with practice and patience. I know that sounds easier said than done, however I know if I can; you can. I am going to tell you some things about me in this book that took me through the ups, the downs, the ins and outs as well as the twists and turns of my journey. Things that made me who I am today. The good, the bad and the indifferent. Regardless of what the circumstances, the hurdles or the challenges I encountered I know that I wouldn't change a thing. I hope this supports someone so that they know they are not alone. I hope this inspires someone with direction if they weren't sure which way to go. I want to share my journey because I am sure that it is not my path alone. I followed footsteps along the way until I could make my own and I left a set of footprints for others to follow until you find the path that best fits You. All I ask is you pay it forward and do the same for someone you know or don't know. Just once you've made your way and achieved a goal, I ask that you help and guide someone else to that amazing feeling of success.
