This book is about a king without a palace. Though, the nature of his kingship is highly questionable; as there is no king without a palace. The question is, where does he stay, if he has no palace? Also, the text tells of another king whom every eyes is upon in case the one without a palace fails. And if there are two kings in one palace, what would be the fate of the people? The redcap wearers, though old, loves money so much in the name of traditional politics. This text leave a shower of curiosity in the mind of a reader, on how a king could exist without a palace.
