Billy and Danny were best friends and they lived in a town called Birkenhead. Growing up in the 1970's was hard on the teenagers, reputations needed to be forged and scores settled swiftly. A chance meeting in high school with Graham lured Billy into the shadey world of drugs, greed and all the trappings that went with it. Promises, lies and deceit took Billy across the river Mersey, after a surprise encounter and the prospect of expanding his empire further. Innocence gained him notoriety and fast money which would eventually lead to one conclusion. This story takes the reader on a journey like no other, sensing the greed of the main character Billy and his quest for all things precious.
