We all have fears that are weighing us down. It can feel like fear has us prisoner and there is no escape. No matter how far you run, there is no getting away from what you fear.

Fear can make us worry and lead to sleepless nights. Fear can slow us down; we can become tired, depressed, and even jealous, as life seems so easy for others.

We all know too well that all we have to do is face up to fear, but often even that thought can be fearful in itself. We can end up avoiding all situations that don't feel comfortable, meaning, we have a fear free life, but not a happy one.

Fear in its basic form is the absence of God. When we fear, we doubt Gods plan for our life; we doubt that we will be good enough for that person, that job, that competition.

Breaking free from fear means that we choose to walk in faith, we may look down, and there is only one set of footsteps, but this is not to say that we are alone. We are never alone. What we desire that is aligned with spirit is already on its way, but we need to start walking in that direction.

In this book, I will share with you the antidote to fear and how you can strengthen it, to make a shift in your thinking. When you overcome the things that are holding you back, you can begin to live the life that you have always dreamt of living.
