Life has been a perfect uphill for Lynda. She has a boyfriend and has just landed a job. All seems well until she has an accidental one night stand who turns out to be her boss. If things aren't awkward they also start changing her views on her relationship when she befriends her boss. Lynda begins learning about herself and her feelings as she watches Arlen handle his breakup. Attorney Arlen Fredette doesn't have a picturesque life but is as normal as any other man. He becomes immediately interested in Lynda when they meet again, but the fact that she currently has a boyfriend forces him to stay on the sidelines. Handling his breakup with girlfriend Olivia who can't let go doesn't come easy but Arlen sure knows where his heart lies.
