Lu Yan Wu (Green Eyes of the Five Family Clan) was born just after the turn of the sixteenth century in China, during the Ming Dynasty. She was raised in affluence with loving care. Early on she began training in the martial way developing a love for these secret arts. When she was just seven her maternal grandmother, named Flying Cloud, took her to Wu Dang Shan for a taste of the mystic Taoist arts. Once back home she found out she was betrothed by her grandfather to a boy from a very powerful family. However she also learned that once married her future family would force her to bind her feet. This would mean that her love of martial arts would come to a bitter end. Green Eyes had only one option available to avoid this despicable fate, and that was to renounce the world, including her family, to become a Taoist nun on Wu Dang Shan (the mountains of martial propriety.) When she did this her family considered her dead to them, and she was banished. Fortunately her grandmother, Flying Cloud, was the grandmaster of the convent on the mountain, and she finished raising her in accord of The Way. A simple mistake on Green Eyes part ensured that her future would be unimaginable, yet extremely important to all of humanity. The only problem was that she would have to adjust to a world which was far stranger than her wildest dreams; a world far removed from the one she knew. This is the story of the youngest Realized Immortal Sage to ever step foot from the Middle Kingdom. The young woman who helped assure all of humanity's future survival.
