New characters and old populate this fourth book in the Carolyn & Brandy series, which also focuses on Carolyn's relationship with her boyfriend John, and how she faces the real possibility she may very well have lost him forever. The two previous entries in this series are "Paradise Regained" and "Paradise Lost;" the third, "A World Full of Lobsters," is a manga that's currently stuck in preproduction.
