Tradition is a powerful thing, especially when it's fueled by superstition. People have been seeing lights on Burial Island, but nobody who knows the bloody legend of place, and the curse that guards it, would dare set foot on it. But the lights are there. Spooky has seen them - and black boat that glides swiftly between the islands - in complete silence. He enlists the aid of Bean and Ab little knowing they're about to come face-to-face with a deadly legend: the Windigo!
