BROUSSARD BAYOU INN - The Broussard house, a three-story mansion on Bayou Drive in Roseville, Louisiana, holds secrets from years past and is reputed to be haunted. Lacour Point, a treacherous place on the banks of the little bayou that encircles small town Roseville, is a place of haunting memories for Shay. Tony, who left town to escape those same memories, returns to find Shay in need of help near the point. He drops back into her life and heart when he appears moving hand over hand down a lifeline sent from the hovering rescue squad helicopter sent to transport a young water skier Shay has just rescued to the hospital.
