"Everything that contained microchips has been rendered useless. Including all transportation, save that of the government. According to local government, the President has announced that we have come under attack by an unknown foreign enemy. As the majority of the country was instantly powered down, millions of workers and business owners across the nation poured outof their dark buildings and into the streets. Society was in a state of confusion, many did not know the magnitude of what had happened. And everyone was idle in expectation of the power coming back on. When nightfall came, and darkness covered the cities, a lot of people began to act like animals."
