At what age do children take over the decisions that govern their parents' lives? In some cases, if the parents can no longer make decisions about their lives due to medical or mental problems, the answer is clear cut. But what if the parent is totally capable of making such decisions and only requires financial and other assistance? Do the children willingly agree to the parent's requests for help with love and compassion, returning the love and support they received when they were growing up?
