Born and raised on the streets of New York, Rumdog has managed to live his life in relative obscurity. Keeping only the most minimal contact with the outside world. His existence has been a constant challenge, surviving the very worst time and time again. Jerry is a struggling writer, and desperate for a story. He calls on his lifelong friend, Rumdog, to perhaps lend him his life story to create what he believes may be the elusive best seller he has been searching for. What Jerry accomplishes, albeit unintentionally, is allow Rumdog access into his own life and children. After hearing Rumdogs chilling confessions, Jerry realizes that this was a door better forever shut.
