The Silo came about as I remembered a book with a similar plot written back in 1960's, which later became a movie. Although it may be similar in theory it is something completely different and much more erotic. Some may view this book as a dark novel or even something perverted and sick. I look at it as my attempt to write a fictional account of a man obsessed with sex, who sometimes resorts to torture and other means to get what he wants. He can be a lover and a sweet sensitive person or he can be a bastard if he is not obeyed. He treats his victims initially as mere sex objects but later actually develops a love relationship with them. His victims first view him as some kind of sicko whom they were unfortunate enough to cross paths with. Later they too develop a love for their captor. The characters have their ups and downs throughout the story but in the end Love Conquers All.
