Two children, who despite my hopelessness, grew up to be wonderful people. I am indebted to them for allowing me to re-publish this material again. All the proceeds of this book will go to two charities that I have a special affection for - CanTeen Ireland and The Rape Crisis Centre. CanTeen Ireland offers support to teenagers who have or have had cancer and the Rape Crisis Centre provides free counselling to survivors of sexual violence.
