This book is an outcome of recently concluded International Conference on "Development, Biodiversity and Climate Change: Issues and Challenges" which popularly known as Chamba Climate Meet-2014. Dr. Slariya is an Environmental Sociologist by expertise and Sociologist by profession and has been post-doc fellow of Academy of Finland and presently serving as Associate Professor in the department of Higher Education, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh. Prof. Jeong is a director of Asia Climate Change Education Centre, Jeju South Korea and Emeritus Professor of Environmental Sociology in Jeju National University, South Korea.
