Sasha Spelman Blanford is a well-educated, new believer in the Lord, and mother of three who finds herself pushing through the pain of a broken marriage. It has left her devastated, feeling abandoned, and thoroughly betrayed by Emil, her ex-husband. Although, Sasha's twin sister, Shari, has her share of issues in her own life, she can't bear to see her sister stressed out. Shari surprises Sasha with tickets for a cruise. The idea of a sisters' getaway sounds great at first. Then Sasha learns her vindictive cousin, Sa'nique, has been invited as well. The two have been feuding since high school. When tensions arise on this cruise, Sasha wonders whether it was wise to make the trip. She refuses to return to her old ways of handling problems and prefers to live a Godly life. Her life starts to turn when she meets a gorgeous man named Rodney. He believes their relationship is meant to be, but when Emil returns to the scene, Sasha isn't sure which direction to turn.
