My Journey Through Rhinoplasty: What I Didn't Know A E Sullivan

In 2013 I needed rhinoplasty to solve a long-term blockage in my nasal cavity that had been affecting my breathing. While I had complete faith in my surgeons to do their best, I felt I needed to take control of my surgery and be more than a body on the table; I wanted to be an active partner in my own outcomes and my own well-being, However, there was no good guide on how to prepare myself for surgery for optimal outcome, so I created my own path and documented it. This is my experience what I did to optimize my overall experience, including the expected, the unexpected and the personal.
