Message From the Author
I went through some very dark times as a teenager and as I worked my way out I found myself wondering why the previous years had been so difficult. Looking back now from my current life full of joy and love it almost seems like my teen years had been lived by someone else. The main difference between me and the girl back then is my ability to love myself. I learned to live my life based on what I want instead of what I think others want of me. This simple concept felt non-existent during those teen years and my heart goes out to those children, teens and even adults who think they are less than they really are. You are wonderful and have the ability to make your life whatever you wish and it starts with loving yourself. I hope this little book will inspire that in all who read it. ~Jennifer
