From War to Victory: Determined to Finish Happy Robin Lashelle

Life has been everything but easy for me and my family, trouble begin in 2008, I watched my father fight for his life, In 2009 I watched my mother fight the battle of her life. 2010 my battle with depression became unbearable. Imagine hearing voices in your head telling you to end it all. I battled Day in and Day out with rather or not I wanted to live or die. Food became my best friend I gained pound after pound and one day I woke up and I was 285lbs and I hated myself even more. In 2011, I lost the one thing I desired to have, I miscarried my child at that point I really thought I was going to lose it. Through it all "writing became my sanity" With prayer and a desire to smile and be happy again, I decided to journal my days and my feelings through short stories and poetry and use it to encourage someone else.
