David?s Lionfaced Men When asked to translate the ancient Hebrew scrolls that had been recently discovered near Jordan, Randy Keller agreed. The opportunity to decode the most important find since the Dead Sea Scrolls was a once in a lifetime prospect. He knew little about the mysterious men for whom he had agreed to work but the offer was one he could not refuse. The information in the scrolls could lead to the location of the treasure of King David however it was the story of a small group of warriors, the Chosen of the Lionfaced men, that most intrigued Randy. Ezer and the Chosen were on a routine scouting mission with their young, untested recruit, Mac, when they happened upon and destroyed an army marching to fight with the Philistines against Israel. This encounter sent the Chosen on an unexpected mission to find and protect David, who had been anointed future king of Israel by the prophet, Samuel.
