"Salsas" has been written for the home cook to learn how to make several different flavors from one solid base. The recipes in this book start with a base salsa. You have two choices from which to make your salsa. Provided in this book is my own Salsa Base recipe. If you have time constraints, my recipes have been created and tested with off the shelf mild salsas as well. Preparation times are based on an already complete base salsa. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
