Publisher Marketing: The German High Command had a secret mandated process known as Project Rainbow during World War II. The mandate was to develop bio-chemical weapons to aid the war effort. Through the expertise of three scientists held captive in a labor-concentration camp, the weapons were developed but believed to be nonfunctional and the project's mandated intent was abandoned . . . or so everyone thought. A Nazi collaborator and terrorist knew the true facts. Using a fictitious name in the camp, the terrorist participated in the process and knows the weapons still exist, but not their exact location or the location of the three scientists. After a long wait fate favors the terrorist and he learns the assumed identity and location of one scientist. Not knowing which scientist has the information he seeks, he must go after all three scientists. In his quest he must leave no survivors behind and he murders the scientists. Thought initially to be ex-Nazi related hate crimes, a startling revelation divulged to the CIA by an unlikely source causes the CIA to believe the intent behind the murders is much more sinister. The CIA faces a formidable task: no clues, no witnesses, and a faceless killer who is on the move somewhere in the world. The CIA's call-to-action brings two super agents and lovers together: Ty and Nadia. They must develop clues and match wits against the terrorist at every turn and succeed in their mission to stop him.
