Author Patricia Gilchrist approaches her poetry with a spirit of love, joy, and compassion. Inspired from within, her verses incorporate her love for God, her family, and humanity and her drive for evangelism. It's Raining I hear the rain splattering on my windowpane, Making my heart glad as I lie in bed With pleasant thoughts dancing in my head. It's soothing to my soul to wake up And hear the refreshing sound Of raindrops falling to the ground. It's raining!
