This is a book of poetry full of emotions, thoughts, sacrifices and plights focused on my real and honest quest to release fears, re-chain that which was broken and magnify my freedom of expression. We encounter so much as we go about living our lives, it sometimes takes us in spirals. There is no better way to show the trials, heart and life of a person then to read them, gather their flow and understand that for some living remains a manic force, at times thriving and other times off course.
