The tween years; the period between adolescent and young womanhood can be both an exciting and troublesome time for many young girls as they are moving from being a girl to a teenager and to young adulthood. While, parents cannot stop puberty from happening there are many resources, strategies and techniques that parents can employ to ensure that this potentially turbulence time is one of joy and excitement that lays out a sound future for the young women that is filled with love of self, respect, dignity and self-worth. "GirlsIIWomen" is committed to bringing parents wholesome and fun activities that they can do and/or plan for their teenage daughter in order for them to celebrate this new phase and transition in their young lives. Let us celebrate our daughters and empower them with the tools and information needed to make wise decisions concerning their behaviors and their bodies as they grow and mature into womanhood.
