Karmic Poetics is an engaging and invigorating foray into a soulful feminine poetic imagination. Poetry is the passion of the soul. Emotions transformed and transmuted as evocative expressions of individual minds and hearts. They showcase the tussle between reason and emotion. The poems celebrate life in all its entirety. Their thematic mosaic intertwines the polarities of life and death, joy and sorrow, love and loss, hope and faith, nature and culture. The quest to retain one's self-esteem and self-identity, amidst inequal paradigms.

This book is dedicated to and inspired by the unflinching spirit of womanhood, and lends credence to the everyday struggles of countless women throughout the world who refuse to bow down to oppression. Who fight the odds and emerge victorious as shining beacon lights. Women who lead by example and shatter obsolete patriarchal parameters. This book is a tribute to the feminine consciousness, the ultimate 'stri-shakti' or feminine soul-power.
